About Callback and Your Privacy

We provide this callback service on our web site for your convenience as we hope you will be encouraged to contact us about the excellent accommodation we offer.

When you enter your landline telephone or mobile phone number, it is sent to our admin number, where it is responded to by Zoe or Andy, proprietors of Torwood House.

Once passed to our admin number, we will call you at our earliest convenience. Your telephone number is not stored anywhere on our web site or database and is never made available to any other party.

Whilst we endeavour to contact you as soon as possible, please note that there are times when it may not be possible to contact you immediately, as we may be unavailable or, due to international time zone differences, it is not convenient.
